Job description

We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to support the execution of cross-channel communications for our clients up-and-coming e-commerce platform. The role focuses on driving platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through channels such as push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.

Reporting Structure

The Senior CRM Specialist will report directly to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with in-house marketing, product, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM and campaign programs.
  • Manage end-to-end segmentation, automation, optimization, evaluation, and reporting of the user lifecycle.
  • Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, purchases).
  • Analyze and enhance CRM initiatives through A/B testing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or business analytics roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, trading, and derivatives.
  • Interest in and familiarity with financial news is preferred.
  • Proficient in delivering campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing.
  • Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment.
