Responsibilities
Support the Employee Life Cycle of certain groups of employees, such as on-boarding, employee relations, grievance handling, exit management and etc.
Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.
Resolve people issues to deliver pragmatic outcomes.
Participate in HR projects to improve business processes.
Assist to coordinate annual HR exercises and initiatives not limited to employee engagement survey, annual reviews & budgeting exercises and staff events.
Other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent majors.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
Possess good organizational capabilities, with an eye for details.
A team-player, thrives in ambiguous, fast-growing environment.
Excellent people and engagement skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff.
Knowledge on local manpower regulations to ensure statutory compliance will be an advantage.
The work location will be at 8 Changi North Way. Transport is provided at selected MRT stations.
Candidates with experience leading a team may be considered for Assistant Manager, HR & Admin.
