Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and transportation services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.

• Understand client needs and present customized 3PL solutions to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure service alignment and successful client onboarding.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to promote the company’s services.

Requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or freight forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of logistics services including warehousing, distribution, transportation, and value-added services.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Willingness to travel as required.
