About the role:

ATNIS is a leader in delivering advanced IT infrastructure, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise modernization projects. We are currently looking for a Red Hat OpenShift SME to strengthen our container platform capabilities and drive innovation in hybrid and cloud-native application environments.As a Red Hat OpenShift SME, you will serve as a senior-level consultant and technical lead, responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to enable scalable and secure application delivery pipelines.

Main responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration, with 3+ years working on Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container runtimes, Operators, and Helm charts.
  • Strong skills in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ansible Automation Platform, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Expertise in OpenShift components: Service Mesh, OpenShift GitOps, Pipelines, Monitoring, Logging.
  • Solid grasp of networking, DNS, storage classes (Ceph, NFS, etc.), and persistent volumes in OpenShift.
  • Red Hat certifications preferred:
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
  • Experience integrating OpenShift with enterprise authentication and authorization (LDAP, SSO, OAuth)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • ands-on experience with OpenShift on public clouds (ARO, ROSA, EKS, GCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with security tools and compliance frameworks (CIS benchmarks, PCI-DSS, etc.).
  • Previous consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK).
