Join a leading health organization as a Digital Marketing professional. You will spearhead the development of innovative digital solutions to enhance user experience on the Healthy 365 app. With a focus on collaboration and project management, this role requires a passion for digital marketing and a strong background in content management. What you will be working on:
As a key member of the Digital Marketing Department, your primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the development and operationalisation of an automated digital content prioritisation and management solution to deliver optimal user experience on the Healthy 365 app.
o Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements to enable meaningful content and audience targeting, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; and
o Partnering with CIOO to evaluate and navigate technical feasibilities, including the development and implementation of the eventual MarTech solution.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of existing manual content prioritisation workflows, including content scoring, scheduling, calendar management, and escalation of exceptions in accordance with established SOPs.
• Secretariat duties for a cross-matrix workgroup within HPB to support the delivery of personalised digital content on the Healthy 365 app.
• Other MarTech projects-related duties, including managing system/feature governance and development, managing the development and deployment of user surveys, content audits, data analytics, content deployment and optimisation.
• Other procurement and budget management-related duties
What we are looking for:
Join us if you are a self-motivated individual, with a passion for digital marketing, content management and marketing technology. You should have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a proven track record in digital marketing/content management, including familiarity with marketing automation solutions and content management systems. You should also enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment, and possess:
• Strong project management, budget management and presentation skills;
• Meticulous attention to details, be results-oriented and have the ability to multi-task;
• A demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams;
• A good command of the English language.;
Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in Digital Marketing/MarTech, Business, Marketing Communications or a related field will be considered.
