Responsibilities:
To help with the preparation of LOO, LA & side letters
Download and save draft AP (and relevant attachments) from leaseflow and update tracking list for doc preparation
Assist to prepare cover letters for LOO, LA and all side letters (+ download & save approved AP into case file)
Scanning & combining of docs for case file
Assist to collate supporting for routing of LA signing
Assist the team on the logistics for CNY hampers
Arrangement of flowers for shop opening (email HOD for approval; email vendor for order)
Send shop opening email.
Requirements:
Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing.
Able to commit 6 months
Proficient in Excel
