KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Executive with filing of trademarks and patent applications.
Monitor deadlines, prepare filing online documents and attend to email responses.
Perform administrative duties including data entry official forms, updating of records, filing, dispatching and general upkeep of office.
Generate quotations, invoices including following-up on incoming invoices and payment.
Perform any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in any discipline or equivalent with intermediate accounting knowledge.
Meticulous and well organized.
Willing to learn and preferably with some working experience with Malaysia IP Agency.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a quiet environment.
Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Mature workers who are seeking for daily shorter working hours or work life balance are welcome.
