• Class 3 Driving License preferred.

Job description

Job Description:

• Lead a team of logistics staff & drivers to run the daily operations
• Ensure prompt issues of goods for delivery to Polar outlets, B2B, E-Commerce and Corporate customer
• Ensure incoming goods receive are in good condition, correct quantity
• Resolve daily issues on deliveries, product damage, payments and service failure
• Continuously review, plan, evaluate, distribution activities, work method simplification and throughput efficiencies
• Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the department
• Maintain best operating standards and provide superb services at all time
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns or missed orders by driving a replacement vehicle or urgent deliveries from the factory to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Assist in transporting goods, equipment, or personnel when necessary, ensuring smooth logistics operations without delays due to driver shortages.
• Other assignments may be required by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in any related discipline.
• Min. 1 year experience in related field, preferably in F&B industry
• Possess positive attitude and initiative
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work well as a team
• Possess good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Class 3 Driving License preferred
