Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Sales to drive the growth of our building and office security solutions and managed services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong interest in technologies, good communication skills, and a track record in solutions selling.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
    Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market.
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored security solutions to clients.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    Effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
    Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and service offerings.
  2. Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on security solutions.
    Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
    Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and support) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  3. Market & Product Knowledge:
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies.
    Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and service offerings.
    Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance our solutions and meet market demands.
  4. Reporting and Administration:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
    Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Education or working experience in building technologies, sales, marketing, or technology services is preferred.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in solutions sales, preferably in the security, technology services, or building/facility-related industries.
    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    Strong interest in technologies and application of technologies and services in solutions selling.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Working experience with Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Knowledge of managed services sales is a strong plus.
