Strategic Planning Manager (Digital)

Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research (R&D) on digital technologies, strategic planning, report management, and case management.
2. Possess good knowledge of digital technology, emerging national security issues, and digitalization.
3. Enhance the nation's security capabilities, financial tracking, and demonstrate a strong understanding of technology.
4. Prepare and present business plans and strategies to stakeholders, clients, and business users.
5. Lead market research, technology assessment, strategic planning, R&D, and develop reports and roadmaps.
6. Identify use cases and problem statements, liaise with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of strategic planning, mapping, and providing direction on digitalization and emerging technologies.
2. Expertise in enterprise technologies and digitalization.
3. Proven track record in strategic planning and mapping for emerging technology and digitalization in national security contexts.
4. Experience in the government (defence) domain.
5. Good knowledge of architecture (hardware, software, and network).
6. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across teams.
7. Deep understanding of technology trends and business processes to enable clients' digital roadmaps.
8. Ability to foster strategic relationships with key customers and identify new initiatives or programs to support and grow the business.
