Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and punctual transportation services for executives, clients, and employees
• Optimize travel routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely arrivals
• Maintain daily vehicle cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring optimal conditions and performing regular professional maintenance
• Adhere strictly to professional ethics and properly safeguard company and client confidential information
• Efficiently complete daily official dispatches, including pickup and delivery of letters, documents, gifts, and other items
• Deliver premium in-vehicle services including door/trunk assistance, travel support, and local information consultation
• Strictly comply with traffic regulations, including speed limits and parking protocols
• Maintain a professional image and courteous demeanor at all times
• Possess emergency response capabilities to properly handle unexpected incidents such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 3/3C driving license with minimum 4 years' driving experience and clean traffic record

• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be a distinct advantage, as the position involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Thorough knowledge of local traffic regulations and road safety standards, with familiarity of major business district routes

• Flexible to work shifts and overtime when required (including weekends/public holidays)

• Excellent driving skills (defensive driving certification preferred) with strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility

• Prior experience in executive/VIP transportation services with strict adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics

• Exceptional customer service orientation and outstanding cross-cultural communication skills

• Professional itinerary planning capabilities with strong time management and adaptability to unexpected situations

• Strong sense of teamwork, actively and proactively communicates and shares work information with head of department
