Responsibilities:

* Adhere to all warehouse-related safety, quality, and operational procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse through regular 5S activities.

* Carry out warehousing tasks such as inbound, outbound, and cycle count operations efficiently and on time.

* Perform visual inspections of goods and report any non-conformities or shipment discrepancies.

* Assist the Supervisor in meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Handle general warehouse duties, including database maintenance, stocktaking, material handling, and document control.

* Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all required documentation.

* Participate in and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

* Continuously seek to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

* Able to handle goods weighing approximately 15–20 kg when necessary.

* Coordinate with external parties as required.

* Perform daily warehouse tasks such as putaway, quality checks, picking, photo documentation, and truck loading.

* Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Basic computer skills; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

* Possession of a Forklift or Heavy Forklift license is an advantage.

* Experience operating a Reach Truck is required.
