Credit Manager | Senior Credit Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Credit Manager or Senior Credit Manager to oversee credit risks related to our Corporate Lending Portfolio across diverse geographies and sectors. The role involves conducting independent credit analyses, preparing high-quality assessments, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage credit risks associated with the Branch’s Corporate Lending Portfolio.
  2. Conduct thorough and independent credit analysis promptly.
  3. Prepare detailed credit assessments with key risks, mitigating factors, and clear recommendations for approval.
  4. Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and complex lending structures.
  5. Review Rating Model inputs for consistency and accuracy.
  6. Ensure credit exposure adherence to the bank’s policies and limits.
  7. Conduct periodic reviews of Credit Policies, Sector, and Stress Tests.
  8. Monitor Watchlist accounts and related Expected Credit Loss.
  9. Participate in portfolio data analytics and special projects within the Credit Risk Management Team.

Requirements

  • Recognized university degree with 10-15 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in Private Banking or Trade Finance Lending is advantageous but not essential.
