About the Role

This hybrid role will report to the Head of IT and Strategy. The IT Department is a key enabler for the company to perform its time-sensitive work and is the powerhouse behind all digitalization projects. As a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a robust IT and systems infrastructure for the company, as well as participating in the company's advancements into IT software and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the company's computer hardware, software, collaborative tools, systems, networks, and printers. This includes installation, monitoring, and maintenance of these systems and networks.
2. Respond promptly to service issues and requests across all company offices, providing technical support as needed.
3. Set up new user accounts and maintain existing user accounts.
4. Assist the IT team with ERP projects, including enhancements, debugging, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintenance.
5. Liaise with developers on new SaaS and web application projects.
6. Help the IT head manage and deliver project milestones and deliverables.
