We’re on the lookout for a savvy and energetic Marketing Manager to join the team at JEN Singapore Tanglin. Drive brand positioning, guest engagement and commercial goals. If you’re a creative thinker with a solid handle on brand, digital and campaign marketing—this one’s for you.

As a Manager, Marketing, We Rely On You To

  • Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and more—managing every stage from concept to launch.
  • Create content that connects—photography, videos, design assets, guest comms and marketing collateral that feel fresh, on-brand, and always on point.
  • Take charge of F&B marketing for our dining outlets—think campaign ideation, partnerships, promotions and events that draw the crowds.
  • Roll out creative festive retail campaigns that get guests in the gifting mood—Chinese New Year hampers, Christmas treats, seasonal pop-ups and beyond.
  • Drive our CSR and sustainability initiatives with purpose—leading campaigns that give back, spark awareness and build community love.
  • Keep our digital presence strong and sharp—own the website, third-party listings, and ensure always-fresh content across platforms.
  • Own our social media game—content strategy, posting, community engagement and performance tracking.
  • Manage media outreach, press releases and media/influencer engagement—be the bridge between us and the buzz.
  • Be our online voice—respond to reviews and comments with warmth, wit and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, regional colleagues, and external partners to support hotel-wide and brand-led projects.
  • Stay sharp with market trends, guest insights and emerging tools that keep us ahead of the curve.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong content creation, campaign and digital marketing skills
  • Great with social platforms, Public Relation, and media relations
  • Creative, collaborative and detail-oriented
  • A team player with a positive, can-do spirit
