Job description

Location (Nearest MRT): Support 3 Buildings

Salary: Up to $3,800 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable!)

Work Day: Mon to Fri, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the construction of new facilities, installations and modifications to existing facilities

• Manage and maintain all machinery, equipment and systems installed in a facility

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and systems

• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues before they cause a problem

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all facility needs are being met

• Manage budgets for the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures

• Train and supervise facility maintenance staff

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed

• Verifying and clearing of payments

• Clearing of contractor permit to works
