Responsibilities:

• Attend to all intakes of customers’ vehicles for repair and servicing professionally and efficiently
• Advise the appropriate repair/service to customer and follow-up with quotation
• Develop marketing plan and source for new potential customer
• Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by the Superior
• Following up with customer on aftersales service repairs
• Maintain and develop good relationships with new/existing customers

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec in Automotive Trade
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience as Service Advisor
