A leading company in Integrated Facilities Services seeks a Business Development professional to drive growth and customer retention. You will collaborate with various teams to manage customer relationships, lead tender processes, and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration and a proven track record in solution sales.
Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of the growth strategy and in-country retention for Integrated Facilities Services in close cooperation with the Commercial Director, Head of Solution Sales and the Operations Managers/ Director
Maintain or grow existing accounts through proactive retention activities with close engagement with customers and operation team
Prospect, qualify and actively generate new opportunities for Integrated Facilities Services
Manage and engage in customer-facing activities to prioritize new leads, understand the customer’s needs, communicate the ISS value proposition
Lead/ participate in tender processes through cross-functional collaboration with other commercial functions in response to customer’s needs and requirements
Achieve established revenue objectives in relation to pipeline development and opportunities conversion and provide forecast
Actively drives development of innovations, use of technologies and sustainability solutions to existing and new customers
Implement effective and consistent sale process through the use of CRM and ensure proper sales documentation is produced, handled and filed in accordance with ISS policies and processes
Collaborate with the transition and operation team to ensure successful handover of works to ensure they meet customer requirements for a smooth and successful service delivery
In collaboration with the operations team, maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities within the account.
Requirements:
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent
3-5 years in business development/ solution sales
Experience in end-to-end bid management/ tender process
Ability to work across customer organization by establishing credibility at all levels
Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins, through creative and innovative thinking and based on a solid analysis of customer needs

Possess strong time management skills to meet tight timelines
