Job description

BIM Modeller / Coordinator (MNC, UP to $4800 + Bonus)

One of the leading specialist in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services installation

Responsibilities:

BIM Modelling for Electrical or M&E Services / Architectural
Work closely with BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineers to develop Electrical 3D BIM Model for Coordination and Collaboration using Revit
Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.
Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and (LOD) Level of Development required in the project.
Prepare shop drawings for approval.
Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.
Ensure Consultant & Clients comments are followed and updated to be resubmitted for approval.
To amend as per site condition changes
Creating and developing the Electrical Family as per the parameter depending on Specialties of Equipment and materials
To be able to perform designated responsibility given by the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer
Able to adopt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project
In charge of the Clash Detection for A&S and reports

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in BIM.
Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad and MS Office.
Able to read and interpret drawings.
Positive working attitude and a good team player.
Certificate for Revit MEP course Certificate or knowledge in Navisworks will be an advantage.
