Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and preparing offer letters. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
  2. HR Projects - Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.
  3. Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
  4. Expatriate Management - Coordinate accommodation arrangements and maintenance, support the Director of Resolution and handle ACRA-related tasks when required.
  5. Administrative Functions - Perform daily HR administrative tasks such as maintaining staff files, managing company transportation, handling work pass applications (Jurong Island Pass/WP/Spass/EP), travel arrangements, managing mobile phones and plans, and overseeing uniforms and laundry issues. Also, execute additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
  6. Company Events - Assist in coordinating company events (e.g., dinners, dance, team-building activities) to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  1. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations professionally and sensitively.
  5. Resourceful, meticulous, independent, and a team player.
  6. Ability to multi-task and handle a broad spectrum of responsibilities.
