Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation and execution of a project plan for the implementation of a regional EHS projects and communicate with the project team, management and internal/external stakeholders
- Monitor project objectives and work with various stakeholders to outline expectations and deliverables to ultimately ensure that the project remains within scope and on track
- Must be able to assess, prioritize and complete activities to meet project goals
- Organize and maintain all project documentation
- Act as a subject matter expert of the project and be able to train team members, troubleshoot issues, test and validate deliverables. Escalate challenges, propose solutions for challenges and follow through solutioning.
- Support the development of EHS metrics to be leveraged for insights into change management decisions that will influence stakeholders to achieve team goals and drive strategic initiatives.
- Ability to review and re-engineer existing processes to fit business needs and drive improvements; create workflow diagrams for these processes which can then be adapted into system logic for automation
Preferred Qualifications
- 10-year experience managing Environmental Health and safety operations across several countries
- Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives
- Ability to multitask, solve problems creatively and work well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams concurrently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards established project goals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings
