You will be part of a performance team managing over 25 hotels and serviced apartments in Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia. Your role involves leading performance marketing strategies and executing paid advertising campaigns to generate visibility and revenue for the online channel. You will work closely with Revenue Managers, Distribution Channel Managers, and other Marketing and Analytics Specialists within the department.
Translate business objectives into advertising direction and goals
Drive marketing agencies to execute campaigns quickly and accurately
Optimise and reallocate marketing budgets frequently to drive maximum revenue for Brand.com
Analyse and build reporting resources to track performance
Serve as the performance marketing advisor and budget custodian to all property stakeholders
Run experiments and A/B Tests to study creative and targeting optimisation
Create digital advertising SOPs and governance as part of the Corporate HQ Team
Evaluate and govern marketing technology solutions
Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign optimisation, analysis and performance reporting, strategy meetings with property stakeholders, and driving agencies to generate new campaigns and assets to meet business objectives
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Digital advertising or travel industry background is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good analytical abilities and fast decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics will be advantageous
