Job description

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee and manage project execution from start to finish.
• Develop and track detailed project plans.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough and updated project documentation.
• Coordinate works across internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Handle risk management and escalate issues as needed.
• Tender:
• Lead and manage tender processes.
• Guide staff in tender preparation and ensure timely submission.
• Attend site briefings when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic /Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lighting systems is a plus.
• Product training will be provided.
