Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone enquiries (internal & external customers)
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and delivery orders
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in relation to the preparation of sales collateral material and quotations
  • Daily updating of sales & stock related files to ensure that proper records are kept for month-end closing
  • Assist in inventory control of spare parts
  • Liaise with forwarders & movers for import/export issues and deliveries.
  • Preparing monthly sales & stock reports for management
  • Assist auditors in fiscal year-end inventory & other sales-related issues
  • Documents housekeeping
  • Data entry

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma Holder
  • Good team player and self-starter
  • Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Able to start immediately
