Team Introduction

Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Managers, Agency and Partnerships, and Marketing Science. Together, we partner with the largest brands and advertisers across Southeast Asia to drive their marketing strategies and business goals by owning and implementing customized marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration, and platform innovation.

The Client Partner is responsible for achieving revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success requires strong sales skills, business acumen, effective partnership with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM) and other cross-functional teams, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Client Relationship Management
  • Provide consultative, solutions-focused advice and customer service to clients
  • Independently drive and scale revenue from advertisers
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and influence at the C-level
  • Lead collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders across product, marketing, legal, engineering, and sales to deliver value
  • Lead account planning to align brand and TikTok resources for maximum opportunities
  • Product Management
    • Identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok media products to deliver measurable results
    • Serve as a strategic TikTok product consultant, educating clients on TikTok media products and leveraging solutions to achieve business outcomes
    • Analyze data and create actionable insights for clients and internal teams
  • Campaign Planning and Management
    • Facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from start to finish
    • Manage internal account operations, including setup
    • Develop customized storylines and data-driven presentations based on clients’ business needs
    • Handle escalations and troubleshoot client issues effectively
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in ad sales marketing and development, especially in social content and branding
    • Deep understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
    • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams
    • Ability to lead C-level conversations and strategic planning
    • Strong sales skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with TikTok media products and advertising solutions
    • Data analysis and insights experience for strategic outcomes
    • High business acumen and success-driven mindset
    • eCommerce experience is a plus, with hands-on capabilities
    • Experience in product mix strategies and Retail & E-commerce & 3C portfolios is a bonus
