Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of IT Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide pre-sales support and consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues.
  3. Provide technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  4. Create technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users.
  5. Support new product certifications and renewals.
  6. Assist with the company's warranty entitlement and claim system.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
