Our company is looking for personnel who are extremely meticulous when dealing with numbers and financial data. In this role, you’ll be actively involved in client operations, managing multiple accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and prepare management reports.
Generate client invoices and submit them via client portals.
Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Coordinate with external parties and assist with audit and tax filing matters.
Manage intercompany transactions, reconcile balances, and settle outstanding amounts periodically.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable aging, taking necessary actions as required.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Review, implement, and enhance financial processes, policies, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
Perform ad hoc tasks to support financial management functions.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent certificates on financial accounting.
Proven experience managing a full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
At least 3-4 years of experience in Client Service Provider (CSP) environment
Sincere, committed, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in either Audit Express, or SingTax
