As Senior Contract Business Manager, you'll drive business growth in key market segments across Singapore and Southeast Asia, building strong client relationships and managing distributor networks.
What you can expect
- Market Development & Sales:
- Drive business growth in the Office, Transportation, Hospitality and Education segments across Singapore and selected Southeast Asian markets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting corporate clients, developers, landlords, and the A&D (architecture & design) community
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects
- Client & Partner Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, workplace strategists, project managers, dealers, and influencers.
- Manage existing dealer relationships and identify new channel opportunities.
- Provide project support and specification guidance in collaboration with our global design and production teams.
- Distributor Network Development:
- Build, expand, and support a strong network of qualified distributors in the region
- Provide training, tools, and commercial guidance to ensure brand consistency and sales effectiveness
- Drive the market introduction and launch of new products together with our distributors
- Act as the main point of contact to empower partners with knowledge, motivation, and strategic alignment
- Strategic Development:
- Monitor trends in workspace design, client needs, and competitor activities to shape market approach
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align regional priorities
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and project tracking through CRM system
- Deliver on quarterly and annual sales targets and report performance to leadership
Your Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the office furniture, workplace solutions, or premium design industry
- A strong network within the A&D, corporate real estate, and dealer ecosystem in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Mandarin or other regional languages a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Passion for design, architecture, and sustainability, with an eye for quality and detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, architecture, or related field preferred.
