Job description

What the role is:

You are responsible for managing Environmental Public Health (EPH) matters in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

What you will be working on:

1. Conduct routine EPH audits
2. Investigate EPH-related outbreaks
3. Handle environmental complaints and feedback
4. Perform data analysis and provide updates on the latest EPH trends based on audit findings and existing vector surveillance programmes
5. Enforce contracts and handle procurement challenges
6. Manage diverse stakeholder relationships

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership capabilities
• Contract management expertise
• Outbreak management experience
• Data analysis abilities
• IT proficiency
• Certification as NEA Registered Environmental Control Officer and Food Hygiene Officer is advantageous
• Interest in outdoor field work, data trending, and management
• Ability to travel between SAF camps frequently; possession of a class 3 Driving License is advantageous
