We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support key functions across credit monitoring, deal execution, internal controls, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate loan closings and daily operations in partnership with internal back-office and treasury teams
• Conduct ongoing credit monitoring, including preparing annual rating review reports
• Perform KYC/AML investigations for both new and existing clients
• Analyze investor profiles to support credit approval processes for fund finance transactions
• Prepare internal reports on performance, accounting, and risk metrics for the SG Branch and the Head Office
• Collaborate on strategic fund finance initiatives and support their implementation
• Act as a key point of contact for internal audits, ensuring readiness and effective communication
• Contribute to various projects and assignments as needed, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of fund finance

What We’re Looking For Essential Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in loan operations and the broader financial industry—ideally within fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance
• Hands-on experience in middle or back-office loan operations at a bank
• Strong analytical mindset and writing skills, with the ability to craft insightful credit analysis reports
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operational culture
• Familiarity with institutional policies and procedures (credit, compliance, employment, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
