As an Assistant Manager, Preventive Health, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Design and execute strategies aimed at boosting screening and vaccination rates in the allocated population.
Create and pilot prototypes to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the implementation of initiatives that enhance screening and vaccination rates.
Oversee the team in planning and executing outreach and screening events
Conduct data analysis related to screening and vaccination efforts to monitor and assess screening as well as vaccination rates across the population.
Analyse data to identify key areas for targeted outreach to improve screening rates.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a Degree in Business or related discipline
