As an Assistant Manager, Preventive Health, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Design and execute strategies aimed at boosting screening and vaccination rates in the allocated population.

• Create and pilot prototypes to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the implementation of initiatives that enhance screening and vaccination rates.

• Oversee the team in planning and executing outreach and screening events

• Conduct data analysis related to screening and vaccination efforts to monitor and assess screening as well as vaccination rates across the population.

• Analyse data to identify key areas for targeted outreach to improve screening rates.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Business or related discipline
