Responsibilities:

Assist Management in group strategy, evaluation of business opportunities, financial and legal analysis, ESG, troubleshooting; assist to manage cross functional strategic initiatives among departments in HQ and other subsidiaries locally and overseas and project assignments for the Group’s synergy and long-term growth and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Recognised tertiary degree preferably in one or more of the following disciplines: Business administration, economics, accountancy or law.

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a corporate capacity, and engaged in business and financial evaluation, review of corporate governance, business re-engineering, digital transformation, ESG and legal matters.

• Effectively bilingual with excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

• Self-motivated and a team player.

• Proficiency in presentation skills.
