Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join the team as a Student Experience and Engagement Officer. You will play a key role in enhancing the student experience by supporting campus events, student activities, and career development initiatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Organise and support student activities, orientation, graduation events, and leadership programs
  • Provide career guidance and coordinate career-related workshops, fairs, and internship opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with alumni and industry partners
  • Work closely with student clubs and committees to plan safe, engaging, and cost-effective activities
  • Produce internal newsletters and manage student event databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Operations, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with student or CRM systems is a plus
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Experience in student services or administration is an advantage
