Job summary

A leading company is seeking a dedicated individual for a 9-month contract role focused on engaging partners and managing fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will support outreach efforts and conceptualize events to enhance donor experiences. This role requires collaboration with various teams to amplify impact and achieve fundraising goals.

Job description

This position will start off as about a 9-month contract.

Location:

NCSS, near Buona Vista MRT

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage partners such as Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), as well as schools, pre-schools, and educational institutions, to raise awareness on sharing and giving, and to participate in the annual school appeal projects.
  2. Support Community Chest's outreach efforts as part of SG60 initiatives.
  3. Manage relationships and engagement to achieve fundraising targets.
  4. Conceptualise and implement events and initiatives to engage and enhance donors and stakeholders’ experience and stewardship. Duties include secretariat duties for committees, event and budget management, procurement of goods and services, sourcing of sponsorships and partnerships, and driving donations with internal and external partners.
  5. Develop innovative fundraising strategies to grow giving for the social service sector through Community Chest.
  6. Collaborate with teams in Community Chest and divisions in NCSS, where relevant, to amplify and bring impact to core roles and duties assigned.
  7. Perform other duties including administrative support or research as assigned and aligned with Community Chest’s purposes.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm, Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Salary:

$2,500 - $2,900
