Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development and Marketing.
  2. Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  3. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  4. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  5. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  6. Create company policies that encourage a healthy work environment.
  7. Make changes and suggest improvements to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
  8. Design onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits.
  9. Evaluate HR employees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  10. Ensure department adherence to company policies and regulations.
  11. Compile monthly Executive Summaries and Quarterly Reports.
  12. Assist in responding to employee relation issues in partnership with line managers/supervisors.
  13. Facilitate recruiting and selection processes, working with management to select the best candidates.
  14. Coordinate and facilitate the new employee hiring process.
  15. Assist in policy formation and interpretation.
  16. Develop employee event planning and development programs.
  17. Maintain knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
  18. Nurture a positive working environment.
  19. Monitor employee appraisal processes and morale, and assess company culture.
  20. Conduct investigations into employee issues as needed.
  21. Present at monthly Operations Meetings.
  22. Maintain employee records and update internal databases (e.g., sick and maternity leave).
  23. Prepare and amend HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  24. Review and renew company policies and ensure legal compliance.
  25. Communicate with external partners.
  26. Report on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  27. Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  28. Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee data (e.g., leave days).
  29. Maintain office files and labor records.
  30. Manage EPOL and WPOL application & renewal processes.
  31. Source appropriate local employers.
  32. Handle workers’ medical insurance and Workmen Compensation.
  33. Handle phone inquiries and other duties as assigned, depending on business needs.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant qualifications.
  2. Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  3. Proficiency with HR management software (applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.).
  4. Excellent knowledge of labor registration processes.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to foster a comfortable and healthy work environment.
  8. Ability to work under pressure.
  9. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
