The Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced professional to join as a Total Rewards Specialist, focusing on compensation and benefits across the SEAO region.
- The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, communication, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, impacting the attraction and retention of top talent.
- This role will initially be offered as a 2-year contract, with the possibility of renewal and conversion to a permanent position.
The Talent
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at the regional level.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.
Job Description
- Conduct compensation and benefits (C&B) analysis, interpret data, and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and the SEAO region.
- Evaluate current C&B programs and processes, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including the annual rewards cycle and other C&B-related programs.
- Prepare salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for other SEAO countries as needed.
- Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in surveys and assist in the development of pay bands.
- Contribute to various rewards projects and take on additional duties as required.
- Manage C&B-related HRIS (Workday) modules.
- Negotiate benefit plans and resolve any related issues with third-party service providers.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters.
