Job summary
A leading company is seeking an administrative professional to support day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting residents with inquiries, general administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment. Flexibility in work-from-home arrangements is available, and proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
Qualifications
- Preferably with administrative and/or HR experience.
- Able to work independently with a positive work attitude.

- Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist residents and visitors and attend to their enquiries.
- Provide issue resolution to residents’ feedback.

- Email knowledge is a must
- 6 days’ work week 12-hour shift with flexibility in work-from-home arrangements
- Stationed in the Office and/or Client premises
- Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Supports the day-to-day operations. Proficient in relevant computer applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with a positive work attitude

- Assist residents and visitors and attend to their enquiries and feedback.
- Provide issue resolution to residents’ feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Answer phone calls and email correspondences from residents, authorized representatives, and contractors.
- Log all calls received promptly and accurately.
- Assist residents in facilities booking (e.g., function room and BBQ booking) and use of other leisure facilities (e.g., gym, steam room, swimming pool)
- Assist residents in various applications like house moving, vehicle registration, access card,
- access tags, etc.
- Prepare a welcome package for new residents and brief them on house rules and bylaws.
