Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide SAP Basis support for the in-scope systems.
2. Migration of Nauticus SAP System from Sparc/Solaris to new hardware x86/RHEL.
3. Migration of Nauticus Windows Components to New upgraded Windows operating system.
4. Perform Daily BAU Activities and provide on-call support including weekends.
5. Perform SAP and Oracle DB Performance analysis and tuning.
6. Able to show experience in using SAP Tools such as SUM, SWPM, and Solution Manager setup.
7. Able to show experience in supporting ECC Systems on Oracle database.
8. Should know SAP / Oracle migration with tools such as SAP tool Heterogenous Migration / Oracle Transportable tablespaces.
9. Install SAP System (ECC, Solution Manager).
10. Perform a homogenous/heterogenous SAP migration.
11. Perform an Enhancement Pack or Service Pack upgrade.
12. Incident Troubleshooting and Rectification of Basis & Database issues.
13. Review and recommend for the Application Vulnerability scanning reports.
14. Participate in the Duty Support Roster as directed by the technical leader and/or Project Manager.
15. Perform additional related tasks as directed by the technical leader and/or project manager.
16. Should be able to provide on-call support including weekends.

Requirements:

1. Must have SAP R/3 expertise as a Basis Consultant.
2. Must have performed three SAP implementations gaining experience in the real world of business process.
3. Must have strong consultancy and client-facing skills.
4. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Must have an intuitive and expert knowledge of the SAP R/3 product with its application to SAP modules and its effect on related modules.
6. Must be able to work as a team player whilst maintaining the ability for autonomous accountability.
