Job Description: Fire Protection Systems Engineer

Design and implement fire protection systems within buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities include fire risk assessments, smoke control calculations, system design analyses, and promoting safe working practices. Collaboration with engineers and contractors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fire Risk Assessments and Smoke Control: Conduct assessments to identify potential fire hazards and design smoke control systems to meet local codes and standards.
2. System Design: Design and analyze fire protection systems (e.g., sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems) to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
3. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all fire protection systems adhere to local codes, international standards, and authority requirements.
4. Project Execution: Supervise project execution, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
5. Collaboration: Liaise with QA/QC engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure proper design, installation, and commissioning of fire protection systems.
6. Safe Working Practices: Promote and ensure safe practices on construction sites to protect health and safety.

Qualifications:
