Our client, a company working in the Cyber Security Industry, is looking to hire an IAM Product Manager (Identity Access Management) to join their team in Singapore. Kindly find the details below.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively across all areas of the company.
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering team and Product Owners to define product features that meet customer deployment and usability requirements.
- Work with the Marketing team to understand product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
- Contribute to product materials such as presentations, case studies, web content, and whitepapers in collaboration with Marketing and Product Owners.
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your products, including communication with sales channels and key customers.
- Conduct market research, identify customer requirements, analyze competitors, and study industry trends.
- Manage and refine market requirements in collaboration with the Product Engineering team.
- Define and build a global product roadmap based on market trends and opportunities that differentiate the company in the digital identity market.
- Develop and lead internal content such as sales enablement training, FAQs, and cheat sheets with cross-functional teams.
- Engage with strategic partners, sales management, and marketing to discuss and track progress on business and marketing plans.
- Represent as a product expert at industry, channel, partner, and customer events.
Education and Experience:
University graduate with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IAM, focusing on authentication and mobile security solutions.
Requirements - Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical aptitude and curiosity regarding the IAM and mobile ecosystem and its technical audiences.
- Strong experience as a product manager with understanding of technical audience motivations.
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including requirement review, UI/UX design, testing, and production support.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to understand technical personas and promote product adoption and engagement.
- Knowledge of mobile/e-banking applications, software architecture, market research, etc.
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience in crafting positioning, messaging, and thought leadership content.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region.
