About the role

As a Data Market Analyst at TechM Solution Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's market research and data analysis efforts. . You will be responsible for gathering, analysing and interpreting Fintech industry trends and customer data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct global market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities and customer needs

• Collect, analyse and interpret complex data sets from various sources

• Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations to present findings in a clear and impactful way

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in market research and data analysis

• Continuously improve research methodologies and data analysis techniques

What we're looking for

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Marketing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis or a similar role in FX industry or Gaming.

• Proficiency in data collection, manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL and Tableau

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information

• Familiarity with market research methodologies and global industry trends in the technology sector

• Able to communicate in fluent English and Chinese to coordinate with stakeholders.
