Job Description
- Prepare the Letter of Appointment for all new hires
- Handle daily HR operation related issues
- Provides full spectrum of human resource function, including recruitment & selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and payroll
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Conducting orientation programs for all new hires
- Processing and handling of new employment pass applications, renewal and termination matters
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
- Prepare letters for employment of certification, confirmation, etc.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management / HR Manger from time to time
Requirements
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- A team player with good interpersonal skill
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
