Job Description

  • Prepare the Letter of Appointment for all new hires
  • Handle daily HR operation related issues
  • Provides full spectrum of human resource function, including recruitment & selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management and payroll
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Conducting orientation programs for all new hires
  • Processing and handling of new employment pass applications, renewal and termination matters
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  • Prepare letters for employment of certification, confirmation, etc.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management / HR Manger from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • A team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
