Job description

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and creative Senior Marketing & Public Relations Executive who lives and breathes beauty & wellness—someone who can spark conversation, boost engagement, and champion our brands’ missions of providing the best self-care. You’ll craft, design, optimize, and execute on‑brand content that educates, inspires, and deepens connections at every touchpoint across both beauty brands.

Content Strategy, Creation, Design & SEO (60%)
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok—and our blog—for both brands

  • Plan, write, and optimize SEO‑driven blog posts, social copy, email campaigns, in‑studio collateral, and newsletters for both brands

  • Craft clear, persuasive copy and design on‑brand graphics for social posts, story scripts, reels, short‑form videos, email, in‑studio signage, print flyers, and newsletters

  • Optimize all digital content for SEO: conduct keyword research, write SEO‑friendly headlines and meta descriptions, and ensure best practices in on‑page structure

  • Collaborate with our team to storyboard and produce highly engaging content, campaigns and assets for both brands

  • Monitor community conversations—respond to comments and DMs in a friendly, expert voice

  • Analyze performance metrics (social, email, web analytics) weekly and iterate quickly to maximize engagement, sign‑ups, and organic search visibility

Marketing & Campaigns (20%)
  • Plan, launch, and track promotions (e.g., introductory offers, seasonal boosters) for each brand

  • Design lead‑gen funnels and email campaigns in collaboration with Sales

  • Manage ad creatives and briefs for paid social and Google Ads

Public Relations & Partnerships (20%)
  • Identify media opportunities and draft press releases for new launches and events across both brands

  • Coordinate collaborations with influencers, beauty partners, and local publications

  • Build and nurture relationships with beauty editors, lifestyle bloggers, and wellness platforms

  • Coordinate Public Relations events, pop‑ups, and in‑studio influencer experiences

  • Track media coverage and compile monthly Public Relations impact reports

Qualifications & Skills
  • 2–4years’ experience in social media marketing, copywriting, SEO, content design, &/or Public Relations—ideally in beauty/wellness

  • Strong portfolio showcasing on‑brand writing, long‑form blog posts, graphic design, video-editing and social campaigns (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut etc)

  • Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for persuasive, concise messaging

  • Hands‑on SEO experience: keyword research tools, on‑page optimization, Google Analytics, and Search Console familiarity

  • Proven ability to grow organic engagement, improve search rankings, and manage ad budgets

  • Media‑relations experience and comfort pitching to editors and influencers

  • Data‑driven mindset: proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and performance reporting

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
