Manager, C&B will drive the formulation and execution of HR strategy for non-medical compensation, performance management and benefits to reinforce the organisation’s attraction and retention of talents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Non-medical C&B team to develop C&B and performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.
Oversee the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews.
Manage the benefits administration and vendors.
Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
Derive insights from C&B data to enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies
Job Requirements
15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits and performance management.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience
Strong attention to details and management of confidential information
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
