Job Responsibilities
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Support the Team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of CASA related IT Projects
- Involve in Project Management which includes resolving User/ System issues, managing vendors, resources and Project Schedules
- Facilitate in system function and workflow design
- Gather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis
- Establish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workarounds
- Provide training to local and overseas users
- Provide support in User Acceptance Testing
- Conduct study to analyze system effectiveness and cycle time
- Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasks
- Assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals
- Prepare reports to Management and Head Office if required
Job RequirementsWhat you should have:- At least 5-7 years of Back-Office in CASA area
- Prior experiences in the implementation of Package System (Flexcube) will be advantageous
- Experience in handling the full CASA operation process, including account opening and maintenance, transaction processing (deposits, withdrawals, etc.), interest calculation, etc.
- At least 3 year of experience in OD management, Time Deposit, Foreign Exchange, Creation of Swift Messages and reconciliation
- Experience in collecting business requirements and standardizing workflow across different entities
- A meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation
- At least 3 year of hands-on experience in creating both BRD and FRD
- Experience in data mapping, data cleansing, providing migration support and data reconciliation
- A Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Science or IT
- Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skills
- Strong team player with experiences in leading a Team
- Sound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
- Knowledge in MS Access/ RPA Programming will be advantageous
- Following Academic Experience / Certificates will be advantageous
- IIBA
- Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)
- PMI
- Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- BCS
- Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis
