Business Development Manager, Monetization

The Monetization Global Business Development team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and closing key deals with advertising, commerce, and messaging partners to drive revenue growth. This role involves working on high-impact opportunities that can directly influence Meta's revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close deals with ad and commerce partners.
  • Handle complex legal and business issues in contracts, developing creative solutions.
  • Work across products like mobile, video, advertising, big data, platforms, commerce, and growth.
  • Analyze markets and develop partnership strategies.
  • Lead internal alignment and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define go-to-market strategies and secure leadership approval.
  • Represent Meta in meetings with partner executives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or related fields in tech startups or internet companies.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Experience working with product teams on new partnerships and ecosystem strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building innovative partnership ecosystems.
  • Proven success in closing strategic software, services, data, and licensing deals.
  • Background in internet or technology environments.
