Key Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed sales growth and revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to broaden the customer base and strengthen market presence.

  • Lead recruitment, goal‑setting, coaching, and performance evaluation for the sales team.

  • Cultivate lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to senior management.

  • Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven sales track record in the construction, telecommunications, or renewable energy (solar/EV) sectors.

  • Proven contacts or hands‑on experience within the renewable energy (solar/EV), construction, or telecom sectors

  • Demonstrated success as a sales representative or manager, consistently hitting or surpassing targets.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry events.

  • Ability to manage the end‑to‑end sales process—from strategy and planning through to closing deals.
