Key Responsibilities
Drive team performance to meet or exceed sales growth and revenue targets.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to broaden the customer base and strengthen market presence.
Lead recruitment, goal‑setting, coaching, and performance evaluation for the sales team.
Cultivate lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to senior management.
Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Proven sales track record in the construction, telecommunications, or renewable energy (solar/EV) sectors.
Proven contacts or hands‑on experience within the renewable energy (solar/EV), construction, or telecom sectors
Demonstrated success as a sales representative or manager, consistently hitting or surpassing targets.
Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry events.
Ability to manage the end‑to‑end sales process—from strategy and planning through to closing deals.
