Accounts Executive – AP/AR/Treasury/GST

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time accounting executive to join our growing Finance team! As an accounts officer in our company, you will work in a small team covering all aspects of accounting and treasury. You will have the opportunity to develop this position into a more senior role as you gain confidence.

The Position

1. Ensure the smooth execution of daily closing tasks, including:

• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting
• Preparing payments and liaising with bank relationship managers as needed
• Understanding and reconciling trade AP and AR positions and issuing daily financial reports

Based on the learning curve, additional responsibilities may include:

• AP and AR bookings and reviews (using Xero)
• Responding to customer inquiries related to payments
• Conducting general KYC due diligence
• Contributing to GST processes
• Other accounting and reporting duties as assigned by managers

Location

The job is located at BullionStar's shop, showroom, and vault at 45 New Bridge Road, between Chinatown and Clarke Quay, with the Clarke Quay MRT just across the road for easy access.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus up to 3 months' bonus. Additionally, BullionStar offers an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month's salary, reimbursement of medical bills, and access to health and fitness benefits.
