Job Title: Accounts Officer
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent attention to detail and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle partial/full sets of accounts for clients across various industries.
- Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory, including reconciliation, vetting vouchers, matching documents, and processing billing for creditors and trade debtors.
- Maintain cash books and records of all cash and cheques, process transactions, and reconcile bank statements with the cash book.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Reconcile payroll statements, CPF statements, and inter-company transactions, and balance accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and schedules, audited or unaudited.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience or professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- High integrity and sense of responsibility, with a commitment to good governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in bookkeeping companies is an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant experience and skills may be considered for an executive position.
