Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new account activity, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing the sales funnel to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic approach to prospecting, building partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new account activity and revenue opportunities.

  • Manage the sales funnel and sales cycle to ensure strong pipeline progression and successful closures.

  • Perform opportunity-based activities such as account profiling, prospecting, identifying, and documenting sales opportunities.

  • Meet key performance metrics established by the organization.

  • Create and foster new channel partnerships to expand market reach.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and execution.

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer and partner satisfaction, ensuring long-term loyalty.

  • Stay updated on market trends and contribute to business planning and execution strategies.

  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
